A native of San Diego, Fredy launched his first business at the age of 23 after graduating from UC San Diego. With a deep-rooted connection to his hometown, Fredy has successfully assisted clients in buying and selling homes across the county. 

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, he divided his time between San Diego and New York City, working with one of Manhattan's top real estate teams and selling some of the city's most prestigious properties. During this period, he was featured in the New York Times, appeared on Million Dollar Listing, and honed his unique real estate selling skills. Now, with over a decade of experience, Fredy has established himself as a top-producing agent in San Diego.

In addition to running a successful real estate team,  he is a dedicated volunteer to his community. 

While serving on the Board of Directors for the YMCA, he fundraised an impressive $1 million. With his compassionate mentorship through Promises2Kids, Fredy provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ youth to explore their identities. Understanding the unique challenges they face, he offers guidance and encouragement to help them thrive with resilience and confidence.

Now serving on the Board of Directors for The Family Justice Center, he aids survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, spousal and elderly abuse, human trafficking, and various other daunting challenges. Fredy's commitment to community service serves as a beacon of hope for creating a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
